Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information VibeCloud collects when you use our website, apps and services, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have over it. We collect only what is needed to run and improve VibeCloud, and we never sell your personal data to third parties.

Account information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, date of birth, profile photo and bio.

Content you create or upload, including tracks, playlists, posts, comments, stories and messages.

Listening activity, such as the tracks, artists and stations you play, skip, save or search for, used to personalise recommendations.

Payment and wallet information, including Credit balances and transaction history, processed through our payment partners — VibeCloud does not store full card numbers.

Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, app version and crash logs, used for security, performance and abuse prevention.

Optional profile fields such as country and gender, which we keep private and use only in aggregate to personalise regional content — never shared with other users or advertisers.

To operate core features: streaming, recommendations, search, social listening, messaging and the creator wallet.

To personalise your experience, including AI-driven discovery, radio stations and the content in your feed.

To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, copyright infringement and violations of our Terms of Service.

To communicate with you about your account and security alerts, and — only if you opt in — product updates.

To meet legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from authorities and DMCA takedown notices.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how VibeCloud is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features, such as staying signed in across sessions.

We share information with service providers who help us run VibeCloud — hosting, payment processing, analytics and customer support — under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing that service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property or safety of VibeCloud, our users or the public.

If VibeCloud is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never share private profile fields, such as gender, with advertisers or other users.

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Some data, such as Track Listening Room chat history, is retained on a rolling basis and automatically pruned after a fixed window.

You can access, edit or delete most of your account data directly from Settings.

You can make stories, uploads and listening history private, or clear your listening history entirely.

You can request an export of your data, or request deletion of your account, at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

VibeCloud is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

VibeCloud operates globally, which means your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect data transferred internationally.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular security reviews — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of VibeCloud after a change means you accept the updated policy.
