Terms of Service

By accessing or using VibeCloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create a VibeCloud account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password and any connected devices secure.

Notify us immediately at support@vibecloud.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users, artists or the platform at risk.

Free accounts have access to the core VibeCloud experience. Plus and Pro are paid subscriptions billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Credits are VibeCloud's in-app currency, used to tip creators, unlock features and receive creator payouts. Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prices, plans and features may change with notice; continuing to use a paid plan after a price change means you accept the new price at your next billing cycle.

Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights, is illegal, or violates our Community Guidelines.

Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the operation or security of VibeCloud.

Don't use automated systems to inflate plays, followers, likes or Credit earnings — we detect and reverse fraudulent activity, and repeat violations result in account termination.

You retain ownership of the content you upload — tracks, posts, comments, stories and everything else. By uploading, you grant VibeCloud a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, stream, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You're solely responsible for having the rights necessary to upload and monetize your content, including any samples, collaborators or featured artists.

We deeply respect the intellectual property rights of artists, creators and record labels. VibeCloud operates in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright laws worldwide. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to VibeCloud without authorization, you have the right to request its removal.

Before filing a takedown request, consider a better alternative: claiming your music. We believe artists should be paid for their art, not just protected from having it removed. If you find your work on VibeCloud, you can take full ownership of it instead of taking it down.

Claim your profile — register on VibeCloud and verify your identity as the rights holder.

Get the blue tick — once verified, you receive an official verification badge marking you as the original creator.

Start earning — as a verified artist, you take control of the track's analytics and begin monetizing every qualified stream directly through our transparent, Credit-based payout system.

If you'd rather not monetize your work on VibeCloud and prefer complete removal instead, send a formal DMCA takedown notice to legal@vibecloud.com. Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; the exact URL(s) of the material on VibeCloud; your contact information (email and physical address); and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We review valid takedown notices promptly and act on them without delay. We also reserve the right to remove content or terminate repeat-infringer accounts even without a formal notice when infringement is clearly apparent.

VibeCloud, the VibeCloud logo and associated marks are trademarks of VibeCloud. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except as allowed by our brand and press guidelines.

VibeCloud may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors or crypto wallets. We aren't responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licences already granted and limitation of liability — will survive.

VibeCloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeCloud is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts or arbitration venue specified in your local terms addendum, where applicable.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of VibeCloud after a change means you accept the updated terms.
